Calm Massage Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Calm Massage. We are committed to providing you with professional, relaxing, and therapeutic massage services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services Provided

Calm Massage offers the following services:

  • Swedish Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Kashmiri Massage
  • Sports Massage
  • Head Massage
  • Couples Massage 

These services are exclusively designed for women aged 18 and over.

2. Location

Our services are available at the following locations:

  • Leeds City Centre Studio
  • At Your Home or Hotel

Please specify your preferred location when booking.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Booking: A booking for a massage session must be made in advance.
  • Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation occurs at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Payment: All payments must be made before the session begins, and you may pay via:
    • Cash
    • Card
    • Bank Transfer
      Payments must be completed before the start of your session.

4. Health Questionnaire

Before your first session, you must fill out and provide truthful answers to the Health Questionnaire. This questionnaire helps ensure that the massage services provided are suitable and safe for your specific health needs. Failure to complete the questionnaire may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Age: Our services are available exclusively to women aged 18 and over.
  • Pets: No pets are allowed to be present in the same room during your session.
  • Conduct: Calm Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

7. No Recording Equipment

To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, the use of recording equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Microphones
  • Cameras
  • CCTV
  • Other Recording Devices

Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

8. Liability

Calm Massage is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your massage session, provided that we adhere to professional standards. We do not provide medical advice, and it is your responsibility to consult a doctor if you have any health concerns before booking a massage.

9. Confidentiality

All personal and health information provided during the booking process and on the Health Questionnaire will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Rights to Refuse Service

Calm Massage reserves the right to refuse service at any time, including but not limited to:

  • If the Health Questionnaire is not completed truthfully or fully.
  • If a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • If pets are present in the treatment room.
  • If the client’s behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.
  • If recording equipment is used during the session.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data provided by you will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of fulfilling your service and complying with our legal obligations.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Calm Massage reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
